Data protection notice for clients on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act

Valeria Capital AG takes the private nature of the personal data of any person very seriously. This internet privacy policy (“Internet Privacy Policy”) describes how Valeria Capital AG treats the information Valeria Capital AG collects when you access and use the Site. The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until your request to delete, you revoke the storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

You can subscribe to our newsletter(s) via our website. Therefor we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive newsletters. In order to provide you with information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information about you, such as: job, employer, address, investor category, etc.

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or in relation with this Internet Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Vaduz.
